Your Management Traineeship in a Nutshell
Kick-off
Your traineeship starts with an energetic kick-off where you will meet your fellow trainees and get a sneak peek at the program.
Introduction program
During the first 3 months, you will dive into the operational workflows, join team meetings, and join various teams for a quick and thorough introduction.
Training program
From day one, you will work on personal development and efficient working habits through training like Working Smart, having meetings and communication skills.
Project-based working
You will take on both team- and company-wide projects, receive guidance and follow a project-based working training—helping you grow into a true project expert.
Leadership track
Starting in month 6, you will train and develop all the skills needed to lead a team, covering every aspect of the HR cycle so you can apply it in practice.
Career orientation
With guidance and a career development meeting, you’ll discover where your strengths lie. You’ll also work alongside various teams to help define your next step.
Book sessions
You will read books on leadership, communication, and productivity to discuss this in interactive book sessions to be able to apply what you’ve learned in practice.
Coaching & support
