About the Certification

Through the Great Place to Work Netherlands survey, we assess our colleagues’ perceptions on credibility, respect, fairness, camaraderie, and pride within our organisation. The themes in the Trust Index closely align with the values we prioritise as an employer. The results provide valuable insights into what truly matters within the Gomibo Group. We then translate these findings into targeted improvement initiatives, ensuring that even with Gomibo’s anticipated growth, we continue to be a great employer now and in the future.

First GPTW Certification

To achieve certification, a minimum score of 70% is required. In 2023, we participated in Great Place to Work Netherlands for the first time and scored an impressive average of 78%—earning us Great Place to Work status with flying colours! We’re incredibly proud of this achievement.

The responses to the GPTW survey questions also genuinely reflect who we are as a company and what colleagues value about us. Most of our colleagues responded positively to the following statements, which are closely aligned with our core values:

• Fair treatment, regardless of who you are, what you believe, whom you love, what you do, or where you’re from
• When you join the company, you are quickly made to feel welcome
• I am treated as a full member of the organisation, regardless of my position
• People here are given a lot of responsibility

Once Again a Great Place to Work

In the summer of 2024, we once again achieved a score of 78%, proudly earning the certification until June 2025. This result confirms that we’re on the right track to remain an attractive employer in the future, with a strong focus on our people and their development.
