About the Certification

At Belsimpel, part of the Gomibo Group, we use the Great Place to Work survey to measure how colleagues experience our organisation. The survey focuses on credibility, respect, fairness, camaraderie and pride — themes that closely reflect our core values.

The results provide valuable insight into what truly matters to our people and help us focus on areas where we can improve. This way, we ensure that even as we grow, Belsimpel remains a great and caring place to work.

First GPTW Certification

To achieve the Great Place to Work certification, a minimum score of 70% is required. During our first participation in 2023, we reached an impressive 78%, officially making Belsimpel a Great Place to Work — a result we are incredibly proud of.

The survey highlighted what our colleagues value most about working here. Many responded positively to statements that align closely with our core values, such as:

Once Again a Great Place to Work

In the summer of 2025, we once again achieved a score of 78%, proudly earning the certification until October 2026. This result confirms that we’re on the right track to remain an attractive employer in the future, with a strong focus on our people and their development.
