For starters, we have a fixed starting salary per field, based on the role you’ll take on and the studies you’ve completed. For experienced professionals, we don’t use a fixed scale. Instead, we tailor the offer, considering your work experience and how you can strengthen Gomibo.
This means we don’t have a standard salary framework with predefined progression, and our secondary terms of employment are not set in stone.

Your salary and benefits are reviewed at least once a year, but if you progress rapidly, salary growth can happen sooner.
