Wage & development

Our aim is always to establish a long-term employment relationship, where you take charge of your own development, setting the pace and direction yourself.

For starters, we have a fixed starting salary per field, based on the role you’ll take on and the studies you’ve completed. For experienced professionals, we don’t use a fixed scale. Instead, we tailor the offer, considering your work experience and how you can strengthen Gomibo.

This means we don’t have a standard salary framework with predefined progression, and our secondary terms of employment are not set in stone.

We dedicate above-average time to your personal development and encourage each other to make an impact from day one. This creates a steep learning curve and allows your responsibilities to grow quickly.

Your salary and benefits are reviewed at least once a year, but if you progress rapidly, salary growth can happen sooner.
