Our application process
While every application process is different, we do have a few standard steps we typically follow for every application. This way, you’ll know what to expect in advance. If we deviate from the usual process, we’ll of course let you know beforehand.
Starters and professionals
The process for starters en professionals usually consists of three rounds. During the first interview, we mainly focus on the cultural fit. The second interview dives deeper into your personality and fit with the role. The third round varies by position, for example a case study, an informal lunch, or spending part of a day with the team.
Working student
As working student, you’ll develop yourself within a specific field of expertise. That's why the application process usually consists of two rounds. During the first interview, we focus on the cultural fit. In the second interview, we look at the match between your interest, personality, and the content of the role.
Flexible part-time jobs
For flexible part-time jobs, we mainly focus on the match between you, the work, and our culture. That's why one interview is usually enough. In many cases, you’ll know within a week whether you can join us.
