Our application process isn’t set in stone, but we do have a few standard steps we typically follow for every application. This way, you’ll know what to expect. If we deviate from the usual process, we’ll let you know in advance.
Are you applying for one of our engineering roles? For engineering positions, we generally skip assessments, and an engineer joins the interview instead.
Full-time positions
The process for full-time candidates includes several standard steps. Additionally, we tailor the process to each candidate, which may involve a case study, an informal lunch, or spending part of a day with the team to ensure the right decision is made.
Study-related side-jobs
The process for a student job is relatively thorough. Since you’ll already be gaining real experience in a specific field at Belsimpel, ensuring a strong match between you, Gomibo, and the work itself is very important to us!
Part-time jobs
For flexible part-time jobs, the focus is on the match between you, the work, and the Belsimpel culture. One interview is all it takes, making the process quick—you’ll know within a week if you can join us!

Our method
Applying at Belsimpel might be different than what you are used to. Why?
No standard process
Maybe we or you need more time, or maybe we just figure it out really quickly. A process that can vary per person, it might happen that we invite you for lunch to get to know each other informally, or you might be asked to shadow the team you applied for. That way, we can see exactly what is necessary.
No closing dates
No fixed closing dates, we would rather wait until we have found the perfect candidate.
