Step by step

Our application process for study-related jobs

As a working student, you’ll work on real challenges within one of our teams and have the opportunity to grow and develop yourself. That’s why we don’t just look at the fit with our culture, but also at the match between you and the content of the role.

1. Applying via the website

Have you found a working student position that interests you? Then applying is easy through our website. Simply upload your CV and answer a few questions.

2. Contact by phone

After your application, we'll call you for a brief introduction. This helps us get to know you better and explore together whether there's a good match. Afterwards, we'll decide whether to invite you for a first interview.

3. First interview

During the first interview, we take the time to get to know each other. We discuss what you find important in your work, tell you more about Gomibo, and explore whether our culture and way of working are a good fit for you. We also make an initial assessment of your fit with the role. You'll usually speak with two colleagues from our Talent Acquisition team. The interview takes approximately 60 minutes.

4. Assessment(s)

A standard part of our application process is the GITP assessment. You can complete it online at a time that suits you. The assessment provides insight into your personality, motivations, and cognitive abilities. For some roles, we may also ask you to complete an additional assessment, for example focused on communication skills. We use the results to complement our overall view of you and as a basis for a deeper conversation during the second interview.

5. Second interview

If there's a good match on both sides, we'll invite you for a second interview. During this conversation, we'll dive deeper into the role, the team, and the work itself. You'll often meet with a colleague from the team you're applying to join. Of course, there will be plenty of opportunity to ask your own questions as well. We'll also discuss the results of your GITP assessment.

6. Phone call with feedback

After your interview, we'll give you a call to let you know whether we'll be moving forward together. If we're both excited, we'll immediately discuss the next steps with you, so you know exactly what to expect and what is needed for a successful start.
