Great Place To Work has included Belsimpel in the Best Workplaces for Women 2026 list. Last year, Belsimpel participated in the Trust Index by  Great Place To Work. This international employee survey measures how colleagues experience their organization in terms of trust, credibility, respect, fairness, and pride.

Based on these results, Belsimpel was officially Great Place To Work-Certified™ in the Netherlands in October. This recognition reflects how colleagues experience the organization and confirms the ongoing effort to build a strong and reliable workplace culture.

Recognition for equal opportunities in the workplace

Thanks to this certification, Belsimpel also qualified for the Best Workplaces for Women 2026 list from Great Place To Work. This list highlights organizations that actively contribute to equal opportunities and an inclusive working environment for women.

In January, it was announced that Belsimpel belongs to the Best Workplaces for Women 2026 in the Large category (500+ employees).

To qualify, organizations must meet several criteria:

• The percentage of women in the organization is equal to or higher than the CBS benchmark for the industry
• More than 33% of leadership roles are held by women
• The highest management team includes at least one woman
• Women in the organization give a Trust Index score of at least 70%

On Tuesday, March 3, the final ranking was announced: Belsimpel achieved 5th place on the list.
