Application process for part-time jobs

1. Applying via the website
Have you found an interesting vacancy for a flexible part-time job? Applying is easy through our website. After you submit your application, we'll review whether your profile is a good match for the role. If it is, we'll get in touch with you to discuss the next step.
2. Contact by phone
After your apply, we'll call you for a short introduction. We'll discuss your availability, motivation, and what you're looking for in a job. This helps us get to know you better and determine together whether there's a good fit. After that, we'll decide whether to invite you for an interview.
3. The job interview
During the interview, we'll take more time to get to know each other. We'll discuss what you find important in your work, tell you more about the role, and explore whether our way of working is a good fit for you. This interview will usually be with 2 colleagues from our Talent Acquisition-team and lasts about 60 minutes. Of course, there will also be plenty of opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have.
4. The proposal to start working with us
Is everyone excited? Then we will call you with the good news. After that, you will receive an email with a written proposal, including the position and associated employment terms and conditions. If you accept the offer, we'll make sure that you can get started as soon as possible!
