No fixed closing dates, we would rather wait until we have found the perfect candidate.
Maybe we or you need more time, or maybe we just figure it out really quickly. A process that can vary per person, it might happen that we invite you for lunch to get to know each other informally, or you might be asked to shadow the team you applied for. That way, we can see exactly what is necessary.

No fixed job profiles, because we consider how we can put your talents to use. When you apply for a position, we always look further to see if there aren’t other positions or roles that are a better fit for who you are.
