Our story

Gomibo Group (originally MobielWerkt B.V.) was founded in 2006 by Jeroen Doorenbos & Jeroen Elkhuizen. The telecom market was already a very chaotic market, with a lot of providers, who all claimed to have the best deal. The focus was on achieving targets, and not on the needs of customers. Jeroen & Jeroen decided to change the mobile world by truly putting the customer first. They realised this by building a platform that made it easier to find that which suits your needs. They created the condition to treat customers in the same way that they would treat their family, and by doing so, they became the initiators of a customer-oriented telecom industry. By constantly wanting to improve everything, they raised the bar in the industry. For example, consider signing your contract with an iDeal-verification, a customer service that is opened at night and in the weekends, the best and most customer-friendly return options, but also the founding of an in-house customer-oriented phone insurance. All these changes were revolutionary, and created a positive movement in the telecom industry. Our well-developed software, that reduces our product range of twenty million combination to one perfect proposal, contributes to this. And this was just the beginning!


Our innovative drive has not changed to this day. By always considering about how something could be better or more convenient, we keep developing ourselves, and our organisation grows every day. With over 700 colleagues now, we work hard on providing easy access to the digital world every day. With this goal in mind, all different brands of the Gomibo Group have originated.
