"I was born and raised in Groningen and I liked it so much that I started studying here too! I completed my premaster Change Management and will soon start the master Change Management. In the meantime, I am working full-time at Team Recruitment & Selection to gain more work experience!"
"The choice to join Gomibo came from the background in Business Administration, which was a good fit for the position in HR, recruitment and selection. During my studies, I found the social subjects enormously interesting. This human and social aspect of course also comes back a lot at Team Recruitment & Selection, because we have to take a good look at what kind of person someone is and what they find important. I like to see who applies and see if we have positions that match their talents. So my job is actually a combination between business and the social aspects of making sure the company keeps running!"
"I have learned a lot since I started here. Think of making a tight schedule and good preparation for interviews. I have also mastered working out projects with corresponding project lists here. When I started, I had little experience in conducting job interviews. Thanks to the guidance of experienced colleagues around me, I have since learned a lot about that!"
